The team of the Software Systems Engineering department of the institute of computer science, currently focuses on topics along the life cycle of complex systems. In the current BMBF-project, HAISEM-Lab we perform research and further education on issues such as model-based development, performance analysis and optimization, and auto-tuning methods for AI-based systems on a variety of hardware platforms (e.g., GPU, TPU, FPGAs). For our team we are looking for creative people who are enthusiastic about research. With us, you have the opportunity to develop your own research ideas and combine theory and practice.

About you: you have completed a very good scientific degree (master or diploma) in computer science or a related area as well as very good in English in speech and writing (some of the positions also require very good German), you have good perception and good analytic skills as well as a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm for research.
